Gannon Receives His Orange Belt

Gannon received his Orange Belt this past weekend. I was too far from him while he took the test and I also had to keep Grant enterained. Anyway, this is Sensei Mike and after each belt test, each student must receive a punch in the stomach from him and one of the higher belt instructors helping. All the kids think it's funny and always think Sensei will punch them really hard. I'm sure it's a different story with the teens and adults.

Gannon loves karate and he has been invited to the Black Belt Club. We're setting goals for him to see if he truly wants to join. Besides, he is already signed up for basketball and soccer and don't want to overload him or the family.
